California State University, Fresno Lot J Parking Study

Due to increasing student enrollment and general growth, the California State University, Fresno campus looked to Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group to provide a conceptual study for a new multi-level parking structure at an existing campus Lot J.  The planned parking structure would add an additional 2,000 parking spaces intended to serve both the student campus and adjoining Save Mart Center.  Cornerstone explored several different parking layout and structural options, including a single-level concrete structure as well as two separate three-level concrete structures.
