The Sobrato Organization is in the final phase of developing the Lawson Lane Office Campus in Santa Clara. The campus sit on over 16 acresand includes several multi-million story office buildings and amenity buildings totaling over 648,000 square feet and surface parking lots and multi-story parking garages totaling nearly 3,000 parking spaces. To connect the two sides of the Campus, the Project includes a proposed multi-span pedestrian overcrossing to replace an existing at-grade pedestrian crossing to improve safety. The overcrossing consists of a post-tensioned concrete superstructure supported on reinforced concrete columns. The west end of the overcrossing provides access to the second floor of Builiding 2. The east end of the overcrossing connects to a new reinforced concrete stair and elevator towers also designed by Cornerstone.
