Cornerstone was an integral part of the design process for the newly completed Mountain Road 319 Bridge Replacement project, located near the community of Three Rivers in Tulare County. Cornerstone replaced an existing steel box truss bridge with a beautified state-of-the-art two-lane pre-cast concrete structure.  Aesthetic features were added that blended with the environment.

Cornerstone worked with the County of Tulare for Public Outreach and with Quad Knopf (now known as QK) who actively managed the environmental permitting and compliance process for this project.
